How will you make a difference
- Take responsibility for the leadership of the team, maintaining close attention to needs and support while making technical decisions
- Juggle between different projects at the same time.
- Support the project and the team while achieving their potential growth, setting goals and acting as a guide towards them
- Guide the team on the use of good practices and remind them on the importance of the quality standards of the code
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Find opportunities to automate manual processes and creatively add value to the project
- Help the team on development efforts towards successful and timely project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Participate and be responsible within the decision-making process
- Support and advise the team on estimating efforts and tasks
- Maintain a problem-solving attitude
- Promote the use of new tools and supervise their proper use
What will make you stand out from the crowd:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Valuable previous experience managing mobile development teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Have more than 5 years of experience as a Mobile Developer
- Experience working on developing modern and intuitive interfaces
- Ensuring code quality and application optimization.
- Have created complex mobile applications on iOS or Android.
- Proficient on any or several OOP languages (Swift, Kotlin, Flutter/Dart and others). We use Flutter/Dart on our daily basis.
- Have experience working in agile and dynamic environments
- Knowledge of Firebase and its functionalities.
