Are you a driven sales professional with deep expertise in the nonwovens industry? We are seeking a Senior Level Sales Director with 8–10 years of proven experience in selling carded needle punch, extrusion-based materials, or related nonwoven technologies.
This is a remote position with frequent travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key markets and accounts
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Provide technical support and product expertise to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, operations, customer service) to ensure client needs are met
- Regular travel (up to 70%) across North America
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of sales experience in carded needle punch, extrusion, or nonwovens
- Strong network in the nonwoven and technical textiles industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales territory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
