About Carbon Oral Health Applications
We founded Carbon in 2013 to provide digital manufacturing solutions using our Digital Light Synthesis (DLS) process. This process combines printers, software, and materials to create functional parts for various applications.
We specialize in dental, oral health, additive manufacturing, 3D printing, and thermoforming. We offer 3D printers (L1, M3 Max, M3, M2 models) and proprietary resins like EPX 86FR. Our solutions are for rapid prototyping and producing end-use parts across many industries. In dentistry, our technology is used for 3D printed dentures, splints, models, surgical guides, crowns, bridges, and removable partial dentures. We also support consumer goods (e.g., custom bicycle saddles, athletic footwear), automotive, industrial, and medtech.
We provide continuous remote software updates, develop new resins, and offer customer support aiming for 98% uptime through dedicated teams and remote diagnostics. Our Customer Success Team helps with workflow implementation and business growth. We partner with external labs and manufacturers through our Carbon Production Network (CPN), which includes design firms and contract manufacturers. Global organizations like adidas, Ford, and Becton Dickinson use our process.
