Job Description

We’re hiring a Sales Enablement Lead to level up how we sell—through better tools, tighter training, and sharper alignment across the business. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes operator keeping our go-to-market engine moving: onboarding new reps, refining our sales playbook, pulling key insights from Gong, and making sure our team knows what to say, how to say it, and when.

You’ll partner closely with our Sales Managers to train AEs and SDRs, build enablement programs that scale, and connect the dots between product, marketing, and sales. You’ll also own the upkeep of our internal sales enablement content in Guru, help reps navigate product changes, and make sure what we’re saying in the field reflects where we’re going as a company.

This is a strategic individual contributor role with high visibility and high impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and manage enablement programs for AEs and SDRs, including onboarding, 30/60/90 plans, and ongoing skills development

  • Own sales documentation and work with product marketing to keep battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and positioning materials fresh and aligned

  • Maintain Guru as our source of truth for sales content and process knowledge

  • Deep dive into Gong to extract competitive insights, objection themes, product feedback, and win/loss patterns—then funnel those learnings to leaders and marketing

  • Partner with marketing to prep reps ahead of launches, promos, and campaigns

  • Support training on new product features and help reps demo them cleanly and accurately

  • Identify gaps in our process or pitch and proactively bring solutions to the table

  • Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement in sales processes, create programs that align with sales goals and take advantage of SalesLoft’s capabilities

This role has a base salary pay range of $90,000-$110,000 USD.

This role may be considered for a discretionary bonus.

Location: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.
