Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Executive to expand the distribution of Healthcare.com’s portfolio of insurance products—anchored by Pivot Health—by identifying and securing new distribution partners. This role will focus on building relationships with FMOs, IMOs, and insurance agencies to guide them through the initial stages of engagement, including outreach, product overview, initial sales presentations, and the decision to get contracted. Once a partner is contracted, the Sales Executive will hand off the relationship to internal teams focused on onboarding and growth.

We are seeking a Sales Executive to help grow our network of B2B agency distributors. This role will focus primarily on expanding distribution, enrollment volume, and revenue associated with Healthcare.com’s portfolio of insurance products. As part of the broader Healthcare.com B2B sales team, the Sales Executive will also be expected to introduce and support the full spectrum of Healthcare.com’s distributor offerings, including our Autopilot by Healthcare.com customer acquisition platform, along with emerging solutions.
We partner with carriers, FMOs, insurance agencies, and independent brokers to extend the reach of our products and empower consumers with greater access to affordable healthcare coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Sales Execution
Identify and secure new distribution partners, including FMOs, IMOs, agencies, and large independent agent groups.
Lead outreach efforts, introductory calls, sales presentations, and product overviews.
Represent Pivot Health and Healthcare.com at industry trade shows, conferences, and in-person agency meetings to promote Healthcare.com’s offerings, build up the prospect pipeline, and close new business.
Transition of newly-contracted partners to internal teams for onboarding and ongoing account management.
Partner with Sales Executives across Healthcare.com to identify opportunities for cross-functional deals that span multiple business lines.
Maintain detailed tracking of outreach and pipeline progress to support weekly and monthly reporting.
Provide market feedback and insights to inform go-to-market strategy and product development.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in broker or distribution-focused insurance sales.
Proven success in bringing new, revenue-generating FMOs, IMOs, or agency relationships.
Experience with individual and/or Medicare insurance markets.
Proven track record of hitting production targets through new distribution relationships (not just bringing in contacts).
Existing network of agency owners, principals, and distribution contacts.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales presentation skills
Experience with multi-carrier quoting and enrollment platforms (such as E123, HealthSherpa, INSX, Sunfire)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production targets through new distribution relationships.
