  • A powerful Attack Surface Monitoringtool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK’s BeVigiluses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.
  • CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about Sales and Cyber Security, who loves to hustle and understands working with the nuances of a startup. The Sales Manager would be part of our Leadership team - working closely with the Founder, Board Members, Leaders, while managing and hustling with the team. Someone who is enthusiastic, has great network and connections in the industry, is strategically inclined, with problem solving capabilities, analytical ability, bonds well with the team and high on integrity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the USA market, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive individual and team success.
  3. Define and implement effective sales processes, methodologies, and tools to streamline operations and maximize sales efficiency.
  4. Identify target market segments, key customers, and strategic partnerships to penetrate and expand our market presence across the USA.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and influencers in target accounts.
  6. Drive new customer acquisition efforts, proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to sell our cyber security products to large enterprises and SMBs.
  7. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies, messaging, and customer requirements.
  8. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements and market positioning.
  9. Oversee the sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, providing accurate and timely sales performance analysis and insights to the executive team.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, establishing the company as a trusted leader in the cyber security space.

Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the cyber security industry, including selling to large enterprises and SMBs.

  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.

  3. Experience as the first sales leader in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

  4. Deep understanding of the cyber security industry, including knowledge of digital risk management and threat intelligence.

  5. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

  6. Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the cyber security space.

  7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  8. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.

  9. Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
