Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our CRM ecosystem and sales enablement tools. This role is critical to ensuring our revenue teams operate efficiently through intelligent system configuration, automation, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to implement scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, and continuously improve system functionality.
This role can be fully remote in the United States.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer and enhance Salesforce and integrated tools, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Conga CLM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and others.
- Design and maintain flows, automations, validation rules, custom objects, and page layouts to support evolving business needs.
- Develop and optimize reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions, team performance, and business insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee user management, permissions, and security settings to ensure compliance and data protection.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and integrations.
- Lead efforts to adopt new Salesforce features and tools (e.g., AI capabilities, Dynamic Forms).
- Support data quality initiatives, including deduplication, enrichment, and governance strategies.
- Manage and scale integrations with third-party platforms across the sales and marketing tech stack.
- Provide support and training to end-users; create documentation for processes and best practices.
What You Have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a high-growth or enterprise environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred.
- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Experience and automation tools.
- Experience managing complex Salesforce orgs, including custom development and third-party app integrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, user access management, and data governance best practices.
- Experience supporting sales operations or GTM teams with CRM tools and analytics.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate across teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce).
- Proficiency in Salesforce integration methods
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio).
- Hands-on experience with Sales engagement platforms (SalesLoft, Outreach) and contract lifecycle management tools (Conga CLM).
- Working knowledge of data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Analytics Cloud.
What We Offer:
The annual base salary for this position is $87,400. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
