JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the design, configuration, and ongoing administration of our Salesforce platform, with a particular focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, optimizing user experience, and driving operational excellence across the revenue engine.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is both technically strong and business-savvy, with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Platform Ownership: Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including configuration, user management, and data integrity.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to design scalable Salesforce solutions that support business processes and GTM strategy.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows, recommend improvements, and implement best-in-class automation using Flows, Process Builder, and custom objects.
- Campaign & Lead Management: Partner with marketing to support campaign execution, lead routing, scoring models, and alignment with Sales for MQL/SQL handoff.
- Data & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy across the platform, implement data hygiene strategies, and build dashboards/reports to support visibility and decision-making.
- Integration Management: Manage integrations with key systems (DealHub, Captivate IQ, and Workato to ensure seamless data flow and user efficiency.
- Training & Support: Provide training, documentation, and tier-2 support to end users, ensuring adoption and consistent usage across the organization.
- Governance: Maintain system security and compliance protocols, monitor platform performance, and manage regular audits and platform updates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including deep expertise in Sales Cloud; Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator or Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Strong experience in declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects), and basic knowledge of Apex or SOQL a plus.
- Proven track record designing and scaling solutions that align with GTM strategy and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience with B2B SaaS revenue operations, marketing automation tools, and CRM integrations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with tools like DealHub, Captivate IQ, Workato, or BI tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
