Job Description
- Manage a focused base of existing clients in partnership with Customer Success
- Expand relationships within existing account base to help uncover incremental new revenue opportunities and new contacts
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota goals
- Collaborate with Customer Success to deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.
- Be an internal voice of your clients and become a go to resource internally and externally
- Liaison with many teams across the business including Technical Account Teams, Marketing, Product, Privacy & Compliance, Contracts, Sales teams and other Departments.
- Develop an understanding of Experian products and be a partner’s role in the ecosystem and how we expand together
- You will report to the Director, Customer Success
- Ideal location for this role: New York City, Denver, Los Angeles.
Qualifications
- 5+ years online advertising experience required; Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Account Director
- Experience succeeding in an environment where you have multiple clients across the Buy-Side including agencies and platforms
- Manage partnerships and creating opportunities to expand both the human and the commercial relationship comes second nature
- Experience with problem solving to meet client needs
- Ability to travel 20% (client meetings, internal events and networking)
