WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

Assess the scope of change our clients face as they embark on new opportunities and overcome challenges.

Contribute to approaches that drive awareness, readiness and adoption across a wide range of initiatives including technology, business process, mergers/acquisitions and organizational changes.

Build engaging deliverables, communications, and workshops, in collaboration with Point B colleagues and clients.

Help drive and/or lead all aspects of a change management engagement, including stakeholder assessments and interviews, change impact analysis and mitigation, business readiness assessments, development and execution of training and communication plans, and creating communications.

Develop/Build skills in other OE competencies:   talent management, HR transformation, organizational design and activation, operating model design and activation.

As desired/interested, contribute to business development efforts to help qualify client needs.

Build authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams; proactively contribute and support team efforts while helping clients.

Have opportunities to work in various industries, including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Media & Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Products & Retail, and many others.

Work on critical initiatives with top clients of all types, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Learn and grow by working alongside some of the best Organizational Effectiveness experts in the business, as well as Point B Solutions experts in other areas such as operations, supply chain, technology, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, data & analytics, and others.

Exercise an entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the firm’s growth as an employee-owner.

Have a voice in identifying the projects to work on and clients that are of interest.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:

Experience: 4+ years’ experience as an OE/change management practitioner.

Skills: designing and facilitating stakeholder and leader working sessions, identifying engagement strategies relevant to client culture and connecting engagement outcomes to the client’s overall organizational strategy and objectives.

Project Management: 2+ years’ experience managing projects, including scoping, planning, executing, and monitoring, with a track record of successful project delivery

Exposure to change management methodologies/tools

Participated in client design sessions where change impacts were captured and subsequently validated, and mitigations documented and approved

Analyzed and clearly summarized information from various sources, such as existing documents, online research, stakeholder interviews and internal experts

Demonstrated acumen in the fundamental skills required to support change strategy design and change delivery

Developed polished, professional OE deliverables for a variety of audiences

Demonstrated consulting agility and flexibility to build rapport with clients and drive to successful outcomes in the best interest of clients

Created visually appealing and professional documents using the Microsoft suite and other visualization and facilitation tools such as Mural

Experience collaborating across multiple teams and leaders in a matrixed environment to get work done

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Client-Focused: Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.

B.A. or B.S. degree required.

Ability to travel to client site

Ability to work remotely

Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary

Role may require up to 80% travel

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The estimated salary range for this role is $84,500 - $169,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.

Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
