Role Description
- You will support the analysis, definition, and implementation of new business and operating models, digital transformation programs, and post-merger integrations for asset managers, private banks, wealth managers, and custodians.
- You will advise this client group on key regulatory topics such as KYC, anti-financial crime, KAIT, KAGB, MiFID II, GDPR, and related compliance matters.
- You will support sales processes and actively participate in tenders and client presentations.
- You will gradually take on more responsibility for your areas, including leading (sub-)projects and project teams.
- In addition to project work, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various internal topics, continue your internal training, and implement your own ideas.
Skills and Expertise
- You have successfully completed a university degree and bring several years of professional experience with an asset manager or in management consulting, ideally within the financial services sector.
- You bring your knowledge and experience in legal requirements (e.g., MiFID, KAGB, or AIFMD), customer segments, products, and distribution channels in the wealth & asset management area, and ideally are familiar with standard market trading or core banking solutions (e.g., SimCorp, FNZ Synaps, Xentis, Avaloq, Aixigo, OBS, Temenos, Bloomberg, GEOS, Charles River, or Aladdin).
- You have supported transformation projects (both agile and/or traditional) as a project manager, PMO, or business analyst, and ideally possess IT knowledge, particularly in asset management applications.
- In addition to your professional strengths, you are a team player with a high level of initiative, commitment, and assertiveness.
- You are fluent in English (German is a big advantage).
