Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Loyalty Programs oversees the industry leading Voyager Alliance. Voyager Alliance integrates every aspect of our Partner Experience and drives differentiated experiences across the entire partner journey. This role will work relentlessly with the business to deliver new and innovative value additions to our partner community.
The Senior Director harnesses data and tools to incorporate partner personas and profiles, map Partner journeys, and to develop differentiated value propositions. They collaborate with teams across the organization to launch and manage new value offers.
This role is also instrumental in leading a new rewards model, allowing partners to further grow their business and tailor their Pax8 experience.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
Lead the Voyager Alliance program, including roadmap and strategy. Ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Complex stakeholder management will be required to foster collaboration and delivery against deadlines
Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving needs of partners and what is needed to support their growth.
Embrace a product mindset through the launch of monthly incentives and improvement
Support regional teams across three geo’s in the rollout and launch of program
Develop and maintain the metrics and data strategy to measure partner success
Build, manage, and grow the point based Rewards program
Meet with Vendor specialists to create growth centered offers and promotions
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least one (3) years leading customer experience functions
At least three (3) years of leadership experience
Successfully launched and managed a customer loyalty/rewards program
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment
A self-motivated, strategic thinker, highly commercial with a drive for executional excellence
Demonstrated ability to work internationally, engaging across US, EMEA and APAC
Flexible and comfortable working on multiple initiatives.
Ability to adjust to an evolving landscape with short notice is mandatory.
Experience of design thinking and customer journey mapping
Ability to present complex material and command the attention of audiences
Creative thinker and problem solver—always looking beyond the available options when up against roadblocks
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
Experience learning and navigating within a high-growth and fast paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Wrike, and ServiceNow
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.S./B.A. degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $131,000 to $164,000 or more depending on experience.
