Position Description:
The Senior Growth Marketing Copywriter is a creative and versatile member of the Content & Communications Team at Motus. In this role, you’ll craft compelling copy that powers our growth efforts—captivating audiences, generating leads, and driving conversions across digital channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content, you’ll play a key role in sculpting the voice of Motus and turning strategic goals into impactful, audience-focused messaging. Specializing in short-form content, this role is responsible for crafting compelling, clear, and brand-aligned content across multiple digital channels, including website, email campaigns, paid ads, and other integrated marketing collateral.
Position Duties:
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for integrated marketing assets such as website pages, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Content, design team, cross-functional and external partners to ensure messaging and assets are consistent and support overall marketing objectives.
- Adapt key messages for different target audiences while maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative campaign concepts and strategic content ideas.
- Translate complex product features and value propositions into customer-centric messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand tone and style guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience, B2B technology expertise is a plus
- Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Shown experience crafting copy that drives qualified leads and pipeline
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, channels, and standard processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, with strong organization and communication skills.
- A proactive learner who is eager to grow skills in digital marketing and content creation.
Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
