We are seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to join our team as Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Analytics. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to drive insights and initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, optimize go-to-market performance, and inform executive decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of SaaS/recurring revenue models, and a proven ability to turn complex data into clear strategic recommendations. You’ll own strategic planning, forecasting, and revenue analytics processes, while mentoring a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements through data-driven analysis
- Oversee building BI infrastructure and analytics to generate the required business insights to drive business initiatives and optimization opportunities
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize go-to-market strategy and sales performance
- Drive annual planning, quota setting, and territory design in collaboration with RevOps
- Support executive decision-making with models, dashboards, and strategic insights
- Build scalable processes, tools, and reporting to enable business transparency and agility
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Key Projects:
- Annual revenue planning – driver-based Top Down and Bottoms Up revenue model or a 3 year Plan, establishing KPI targets and key initiative targets and core business metrics such as (Rep Productivity, Retention rates, CAC, Payback and Cost per Opp)
- Development of revenue segmentation / Right to Win analysis to help focus Go-To-Market bets
- Implementation of scalable BI / analytics solutions and data governance practices to support cross-functional priorities
Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of experience in strategy, business analytics, finance, or revenue operations
- Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth tech company preferred
- Exceptional analytical and modeling skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker, etc.)
- Strong executive presence; able to communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without authority
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, and other GTM or BI tools
