Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a sharp, marketing-focused Data Analyst to join our team and help turn data into decisions. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with senior leadership, marketing, product, and operations to surface actionable insights that shape strategy and drive business impact.

This position is contract-to-hire. This role has the potential to convert into a full-time role after at least 90 days with benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify areas for investigation and drive projects to completion with a high degree of autonomy & ambiguity

  • Proactively β€œconnect the dots” across marketing, e-commerce, & product teams to drive strategic decisions

  • Collaborate closely with Sr Data Analyst and Head of Data, as well as other business leads, to translate stakeholder needs into analytics and data requirements

  • Provide ad hoc support as requested to support internal organizational initiatives, including intake requests

  • Assist in moving the organization to more self-service analytics by introducing intuitive dashboards & reports, training, & hands-on sessions with business stakeholders

  • Perform and present deep dive analysis to senior and extended leadership to influence decisions and strategy with guidance from Head of Data and VP of Marketing & Strategy

This Role Could Be A Good Fit For You If…

  • You bring over 4 years of experience in fast-paced D2C environments, with a strong focus on marketing and close collaboration with operations and product teams to drive data-informed strategies and performance outcomes.

  • You’re a subject matter expert in SQL with a strong ability to create insightful, visually compelling dashboards using tools like Looker, and you bring advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. (Amplitude/Segment exp plus)

  • You know how to take complex subject matter and distill it into actionable insights.

  • You have experience with building analytical models using tools like Python or R (DBT a plus)

  • You’re comfortable supporting and utilizing 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics to support web & marketing analytics

  • You’ve partnered closely and effectively with executive leadership and marketing teams; you regularly deliver presentations on your findings and influence strategy
