As a Sr. Marketing Ops Analyst at Plivo, you will work to create scalable operational processes that support lead generation and revenue attribution.
You will champion operational rigor in the day-to-day practices of the marketing and sales teams, working to ensure that no lead is left behind, every marketing touch point is attributable, and that we operate in a coordinated way in the market.
A key part of your role will be to help define the right marketing technology stack and work with our product and engineering teams to ensure that our technology systems work together seamlessly.
As the ideal candidate, you are a marketer, with a strong working knowledge of marketing/sales operational processes and technology stacks. You have a strong analytical background, and naturally look for data to plan and make decisions. You are technically capable, an excellent communicator, and bring a desire to improve processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. Social Media Growth & Engagement Automation
Automate AI-driven engagement to identify, follow, and interact with high-value accounts on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- 2. Marketing & Lead Generation Automation
Automate lead generation, qualification, and outreach workflows to improve inbound and outbound efficiency.
Build and maintain email sequencing, drip campaigns, and chatbots to nurture prospects.
Use scraping & data enrichment techniques to identify high-value leads and market segments.
- 3. Tracking, Analytics & Experimentation
Implement tracking and analytics to measure user behavior, campaign performance, and funnel efficiency.
Work with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other BI tools to track engagement, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
Set up A/B testing frameworks for optimizing campaigns, onboarding flows, and product growth initiatives.
Automate data collection and visualization for decision-making.
- 4. Product-Led Growth (PLG) & SEO Optimization
Enhance self-serve funnels, onboarding flows, and referral programs using automation.
Develop programmatic SEO and content automation strategies to drive organic traffic.
Build growth loops and AI-driven personalization to increase user engagement.Experiment with generative AI tools for automated content marketing.
- 5. Engineering & Technical Integrations
Develop internal tools to automate repetitive growth and marketing tasks.
Optimize APIs, workflows, and marketing integrations for better data flow between CRM, automation, and tracking tools.
Skills Required
- 2–5 years of experience in growth engineering, marketing automation, or technical growth hacking.
- Proficiency in working with automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM & marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Clay, Apollo.io, Zapier, etc.).
- Strong understanding of web scraping, email sequencing, and AI-based automation.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker Studio or similar analytics tools.
- Experience working with social media APIs (X, LinkedIn, etc.) to automate engagement is desirable.
- Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user retention strategies.
- Exposure to SEO, programmatic content generation, and AI-driven personalization is a plus.
