Location & Remote Work (adjust according to the needs of your job)

Our technology team works on the “remote-first” model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar’s offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Area:

As we start to scale, we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead and evolve the core operational engine that drives our growth. This person will be responsible for transforming our current, largely manual and unstructured operations into efficient, scalable systems that deliver exceptional customer experiences, funnel conversion, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in execution, thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and brings a strong sense of ownership and leadership. They must be capable of driving multiple structural workflows forward simultaneously—building from the ground up while ensuring consistent progress across different streams of work. Most importantly, this person should act as a true enabler of growth—removing friction, unlocking scalability, and ensuring that operations accelerate rather than hinder the pace of the business.

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in operations, preferably in tech, marketplaces, logistics, or high-growth environments. Experience scaling teams and processes is essential.
  • Execution & Excellence: Proven ability to drive execution while maintaining high standards and operational rigor.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing, engaged teams. Ability to make tough calls and lead through ambiguity.
  • Customer Obsession: Deep commitment to understanding and solving customer pain points.
  • Strategic & Analytical: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage diverse audiences and influence outcomes.
  • Ownership: Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
  • Advanced English. Other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes that support business scalability and customer success.
  • Own critical workflows across service delivery, client support, and internal operations—driving efficiency, quality, and innovation.
  • Balance immediate execution needs with long-term infrastructure planning to enable sustainable growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing operations team; define clear goals, drive accountability, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
  • Inspire and engage the team to perform at their best, even in the face of setbacks or ambiguity.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent, creating a strong bench of future leaders.
  • Develop and evolve operational practices with the customer experience at the core.
  • Spend time in the field and in direct contact with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with Product, Tech, Commercial, and BizOps teams to align operations with strategic goals and initiatives and enable end-to-end execution.
  • Act as a strategic connector between functions to ensure speed, consistency, and clarity across all initiatives.
  • Define and monitor key operational KPIs; use data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement—driving performance, efficiency, and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Lead initiatives to professionalize, automate, or outsource operational components as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and intentionally across teams and levels—translating complex ideas into actionable plans.
  • Align internal stakeholders and promote operational clarity and focus across the organization.
