The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our customer solutions and our platform capabilities. In this role you’ll work across client-facing projects and core platform initiatives, bringing a user-centered lens to both customized healthcare solutions and reusable product features.

You’ll collaborate closely with customers, product management, implementation, engineering, and research teams to design exceptional experiences that meet business objectives and user needs. Whether leading the full design lifecycle for a customer solution or expanding the power of our platform, you will deliver high-quality, scalable designs that drive value for League, our partners, and the users we serve.

What you will do

  • Lead and contribute to the discovery and design process for both customer-specific solutions and reusable platform capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers to define business goals, user needs, and end-to-end experiences.
  • Become an expert on League’s platform and its “out of the box” capabilities, leveraging configuration options creatively for both customer and platform needs.
  • Design solutions that range from custom client implementations to extensible platform features that serve multiple clients and markets.
  • Deliver key design artifacts, including user flows, IA, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Participate in or facilitate workshops to frame problem spaces and align on solution directions with internal stakeholders or external partners.
  • Share and iterate designs based on usability testing, customer feedback, internal reviews, and market research.
  • Integrate research insights into your work, identifying opportunities for additional discovery when necessary.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and smooth handoffs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of League’s design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility

What you bring

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Product Design and/or Design Strategy.
  • Strong experience designing cross-platform (Responsive Web, iOS, Android) digital products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking across solutions and platforms.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile environments.
  • Exposure to the healthcare industry (preferred, but not required).

Security-Related Responsibilities

  • Compliance with Information Security Policies
  • Compliance with League’s secure coding practice
  • Responsibility and accountability for executing League’s policies and procedures
  • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations

CANADA APPLICANTS ONLY: The Canada-specific compensation range below for this full-time position is exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range specific to your skills and experience during the hiring process.

$118,200—$147,800 CAD
