Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer and a wealth of experience in the design field
- A problem-solver mindset with strong user empathy
- Comfort with running user research and talking directly to users
- Expertise in both building UI components and UX
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Principle
- Comfort in building user flows and customer journey maps
- Experience working in a startup environment or a fast-paced industry
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of digital products, including mobile apps and web-based platforms, from concept to delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the user experience
- Design immersive AI-powered learning experiences that develop essential Power Skills in children through engaging games and simulations
- Work closely with AI developers to integrate AI teammates, coaches, and opponents into our games, creating dynamic and personalized user experiences
