Our workforce is fully remote and your personal working hours can be based on your own timezone. All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of all North American time zones.
Who we’re looking for
Ethena is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our small but mighty team. This role will report to our VP of Product, Philip London, and will be a vital part of the product function at Ethena.

Philip London, VP of Product Management
What You’ll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, our competitors, and our product
- Define the strategy and roadmap for your product surface area
- Craft clear and structured product specifications that skillfully navigate complexity
- Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to build great features
- Own the go to market motions for your features, working across the organization to ensure smooth and on-time feature launches
- Partner closely with commercial teams to evangelize and help sell your products
What makes a great candidate
- Proven success in product management at early stage companies
- A top notch communicator to a wide variety of audiences
- Exemplary organization skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a hands-off management environment — someone who takes ownership of their work with a “roll up your sleeves mentality”, is comfortable with ambiguity, proactively identifies problems and solutions, and drives their work forward with minimal oversight.
- We’re an early-stage startup so we’re not just looking for someone to run a playbook. We want you to help build it.
- Passion for what we’re building here at Ethena and a strong alignment with our core values (which includes an impeccable sense of humor)
What’s going to be the hardest part
- Prioritization - we’re a small and scrappy team up against bigger entrenched competitors, it’s critical for us to keep scope small while maximizing impact
Compensation
- Below is the listed salary range for this role.
$150,000 - $170,000 a year

This is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing in a home office environment.
