We’re looking for a high-energy, resourceful EMEA Sales Director to take charge of our Enterprise sales pipeline, grow revenue, and drive new business. You’ll own your own B2B sales process—from prospecting and pitching to closing and reporting. You’ll work directly with leadership and the product team to shape go-to-market efforts and help define what great looks like as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Work with the founders and leadership team to craft the product vision and roadmap
- Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure our product remains ahead of the competition
- Work with the design team to level up our user experience
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of feature development, including pre-development user testing and design, to post-launch analytics and monitoring
- Work with the Product Growth & Growth teams to aid and help direct growth efforts
- Own user monetization and retention across oddsjam.com and dgfantasy.com
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager or similar role at a B2C company
- Have seen/owned end-to-end product
- Ability to set clear priorities and stay organized
- Technical understanding and knowledge of SQL is a huge plus; product analytics
- Sports / sports betting experience a plus; familiarity with the industry
- Strong design sense
