Honor’s growing portfolio includes its consumer care brand, Home Instead, Inc., the world’s leading provider of in-home care for older adults. With a global franchise network and more than 100,000 Care Pros, Home Instead delivers over 50 million hours of personalized care annually.

Together, Honor and Home Instead are setting a new standard for aging in place, backed by powerful technology, compassionate care, and a commitment to aging on your own terms.

Join us to create a new and better aging experience for our clients, their families, and our Care Professionals.

About the Role:

We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager for the Owned & Operated (O&O) team. This highly impactful role blends operations, analytics, and product management, and is ideal for someone who loves turning ambiguous problems into real-world solutions quickly, and who’s excited to roll up their sleeves to prototype, test, and refine products and processes that directly shape how we operate and deliver care.

This role will not work with a dedicated engineering team and instead will work embedded within our operating teams to build MVPs using low-code / no-code tools to rapidly prototype and deploy products, tools, and processes that drive care quality, solve real problems alongside operators, and deliver impact that families feel.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be a builder, optimizer, and innovator – seeing firsthand how your work changes the experience of our local teams - and makes a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families.

About the O&O Team:

Within Honor, the Owned & Operated (O&O) team is at the forefront of this transformation. The O&O business is a critical part of Honor’s future growth strategy, serving as a testing ground for innovation, operational excellence, and experimentation that elevates care quality and outcomes across the entire Home Instead network.

As Senior Product Manager at Honor, you will:

  • Build MVPs that Work Today: Rapidly build and launch lightweight, scalable solutions using low-code/no-code platforms. Design tools, workflows, and new ways of operating for our local operating teams and solve operational problems in real-time alongside the teams who experience them.
  • Use Data to Identify and Solve Problems: Analyze data (via SQL, BI tools, Excel/Google Sheets) to deeply understand performance and identify improvement opportunities.  Develop actionable insights and build solutions.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Launch, measure, and iterate on new products, processes, and pilots.  Streamline operational processes to enhance productivity, clarity, and effectiveness across the O&O team.
  • Monitor Performance and Impact: Establish clear reporting mechanisms and continuously monitor the effectiveness of new initiatives.
  • Deliver Results: Ensure projects translate into measurable improvements in operational efficiency and business performance.

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or analytics.
  • Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous projects from analysis to implementation, demonstrating measurable operational improvements.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with BI tools like Looker is a plus.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen, with a clear understanding of how operational improvements translate into P&L impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at aligning stakeholders from diverse teams to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize initiatives based on data and proactively drive execution.
  • You embrace ambiguity and excel in environments where you set your own direction using data and strategic judgment.
  • You are driven by results and can effortlessly toggle between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution.
  • You thrive in cross-functional roles, seamlessly influencing and aligning multiple stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals.

Leadership Principles:

Honor’s Leadership Principles are the foundation of translating our mission into action. These principles define how we show up and make decisions, and how we hire, develop and grow talent. While Honor has 13 leadership principles, the following are particularly relevant to this role:

  • Identify Problems: Leaders have a keen sense that an identifiable problem is present. They identify it, determine the root cause and propose a solution. Leaders ensure solutions are implemented and partner as necessary.
  • GSD (get stuff done): Leaders make tangible progress, delivering quality and timely results. When looking at their accomplishments over the course of a month, it’s staggering what they have accomplished and how much they have moved the organization forward.
  • Think Systemically: Leaders consider the impact their ideas and actions have on the entire organization before making decisions. They consider inputs from across the organization and think about how their outputs will impact the entire company and its constituents. They prioritize what’s best for the broader business beyond their own team and don’t sacrifice long-term success for short-term results.
  • Balance Incremental and Radical Change: Leaders know when to pursue incremental progress and when to completely reinvent. They value making small, systematic changes over time to solve problems and push for audacious goals and embrace unconventional approaches to deliver transformative results.
