Position Summary: The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Sr. Salesforce BA) is a key contributor to the successful delivery of Salesforce projects within a complex, enterprise-level environment. This role requires exceptional communication, requirements-gathering, and collaboration skills to identify business challenges, analyze operations, and develop innovative solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across departments, you will drive process improvements, support project success through actionable recommendations, and bridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating business needs into system capabilities and streamlined processes.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CareSphere product, you will take ownership of implementation, quickly developing expertise to elicit requirements, demo, and train users effectively. By collaborating with project managers, you will maintain clear communication with clients and customers, ensuring alignment and the delivery of high-quality outcomes. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional dedicated to driving excellence in Salesforce projects and user adoption. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team throughout the project cycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, translate them into detailed, actionable requirements, and document these as high-quality User Stories, Use Cases, or Business Requirements Documents.
  • Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations to enhance business performance.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily Scrums, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with the Scrum Team to groom user stories, support sprint execution, identify and resolve team impediments, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Create Test Plans and Test Cases, conduct solution testing, and facilitate UAT sessions with stakeholders, incorporating feedback through enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Develop training guides and lead training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Take ownership of new Salesforce product implementations, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to configure, demo, and train users effectively.
  • Collaborate with project managers to maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders, aligning expectations and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Computer Science or similar.
  • Minimum work experience: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environment.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with the Salesforce platform configuring sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce apps.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development of software-based solutions.
  • Salesforce Administration skills are highly preferred; Salesforce Administration Certificate is required
  • Experience conducting simple to complex Project Demos and Sprint Demos.
  • Excellent listening, oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details.
  • Experience working in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Lucid chart SharePoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-based environment.
  • Experience working with sandbox and production environments.
  • Demonstrated adherence to Salesforce.com best practices.

Preferred Skills and/or Experience:

  • Certified Scrum Master, is desirable
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification, is desirable
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification, is desirable
