We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join Team Reach, the squad behind an intelligent analytics tool that empowers brands to optimize their brand marketing spend. This platform aggregates and harmonizes complex data streams from social media and third-party services, surfacing key performance indicators that drive real-world business impact.
With a fresh codebase (just a bit over one year old), there’s significant room for architectural influence, innovation, and technical ownership. If you’re passionate about solving intricate problems, working with cutting-edge web tech, and turning raw data into actionable intelligence, this is for you.
Tech Stack: Node.js, Typescript, Redis, React, Jotai, Apache ECharts, and business logic with Custom-built deduplication and reach and frequency modeling
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, You Will:
- Design and implement new backend features to power analytics at scale.
- Create intuitive and performant user interfaces to visualize data clearly and effectively.
- Contribute to a math- and logic-heavy business logic layer underpinning our data model.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and feature priorities.
- Operate as a member of a cross-functional, autonomous team that owns its decisions and outcomes.

- Problem Solver & System Thinker: You excel at tackling complexity—whether it’s system architecture, data modeling, or performance tuning.
- Fullstack Proficiency: You’ve built and shipped robust, high-performance web applications and know how to balance front- and backend concerns.
- Analytical Mindset: You think deeply about how things work and take a rigorous approach to decision-making. Bonus if you’ve worked with statistical models or have experience in data-driven domains.
- Fast Learner: You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are always looking to grow, ask the right questions, and expand your impact.
- Strong Communicator: You’re comfortable talking to both engineers and business stakeholders, helping bridge the gap between technology and value.
