Job description

Work at Radformation

Cancer rates increase year after year, yet high-quality care is not universal. By automating and standardizing the treatment planning workflow, Radformation aims to create a system where any patient anywhere can receive the same high-quality care.

We strive daily to reduce cancer’s global impact and help save more of the 10 million lives it claims each year. Our unwavering commitment is to deliver reliable, high-quality, automated solutions that allow clinics to standardized care for every single person in need.

Radformation specializes in Radiation Oncology Cancer treatment software. Our solutions will save cancer clinics time, eliminate planning errors, and enable them to design the optimal treatment for their patients.

Job Brief

At Radformation, building the right team is core to advancing our mission — and we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the way. In this role, you won’t just fill roles — you’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping shape talent strategies that drive our growth and strengthen our culture.

You’ll lead searches for high-impact, hard-to-fill roles, build proactive pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and manage compensation benchmarking insights to guide smarter, faster hiring decisions. You’ll also mentor and support the development of our People & Talent Partner, helping elevate the recruiting function across the team.

Your insights and partnership will directly influence how we scale — ensuring every hire is not just a skills match, but a culture and fit as  we continue to transform and innovate in the radiotherapy space.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles across the organization, ensuring a high-quality, high-touch candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche positions, anticipating hiring needs ahead of demand.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine hiring strategies, and provide market insights to guide decision-making.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage top-tier, hard-to-reach talent across the health tech, SaaS, and radiation oncology spaces.
  • Manage and maintain compensation and benchmarking data to support equitable and competitive offer processes.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to the People & Talent Partner on sourcing best practices, candidate experience, and recruiting operations.
  • Analyze and report on recruiting metrics, offering insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement and smarter growth.
  • Champion a consistent, mission-driven employer brand throughout all candidate touchpoints, ensuring each interaction reflects Radformation’s values and culture.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, including ADA and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity regulations, throughout the recruiting process.

Abilities:

  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter for active sourcing and outreach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers at all levels of the organization.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including recruiting for B2B SaaS technology and medical device industries, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience recruiting within a corporate  startup environment, handling the complexities of rapid growth and evolving hiring needs in a competitive market.
  • Expertise in managing the full recruiting lifecycle with a focus on healthcare, oncology, and SaaS talent.
  • Strong proficiency with Lever ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other sourcing tools.
  • Deep understanding of interviewing and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Solid experience with compensation analysis and making competitive salary recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to build and manage strong candidate pipelines to support growth and scalability.
  • Strong background in creating competitive compensation packages to attract top talent.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience recruiting for the B2B SaaS technology and medical device industries.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology and software solutions for radiation oncology.
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring talent for startup companies.
