Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Set up and maintain social media accounts, ensuring profiles are updated, engaging, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Content Optimization: Enhance content reach by posting strategically, optimizing for SEO, and selecting the best platforms for the target audience.
  • Content Creation & Posting: Develop and schedule dynamic, engaging posts in various formats (written, graphic, video) to maintain audience interest and brand reputation.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with followers, respond to comments/messages, and create a sense of community and trust around the brand.
  • Digital Marketing Coordination: Align social media efforts with broader digital marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing teams for consistency.
  • Customer Service: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via social media to ensure prompt and effective customer support.
  • Audience Analysis & Reporting: Track audience demographics and engagement trends, providing insights to optimize content and marketing strategies.
  • Ad Setup & Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet promotional goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor social media ad performance, analyze campaign success, and suggest improvements for future marketing efforts.
  • Video Editing: Edit and optimize video content for social media platforms to enhance engagement and reach.

Deliverables

  • Monthly Social Media Performance Report: Engagement metrics, content effectiveness, and growth insights.
  • Ad Performance Report: Summary of ad spend, reach, conversions, and recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO principles and digital marketing coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in social media tools and scheduling platforms.
