E-commerce Virtual Assistant – Amazon & eBay (Beauty, Healthcare & Toys)
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our operations in the beauty, healthcare, and toys categories. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay, strong knowledge of wholesale and retail processes, and the ability to handle day-to-day e-commerce tasks independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and eBay for beauty, healthcare, and toy products
- Conduct regular updates to product descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing
- Coordinate with wholesale suppliers for inventory and product sourcing
- Handle backend operations in Amazon Seller Central (orders, returns, performance metrics, etc.)
- Monitor inventory levels and manage restocking activities
- Perform competitor analysis and pricing strategy research
- Ensure listings comply with Amazon and eBay policies
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Create sales and performance reports using available e-commerce tools
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically Amazon and eBay platforms
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and eBay listing tools
- Experience sourcing from wholesale suppliers and managing product fulfillment
- Strong background in managing listings for beauty, healthcare, or toys is a plus
- Proficient in spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
