Responsibilities
- Lead Generation – Research, identify, and engage prospective clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Appointment Setting – Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team.
- Cold Calling & Email Outreach – Initiate communication with prospects via phone, email, and other channels to introduce company offerings.
- CRM Management – Maintain and update lead databases, track interactions, and ensure accurate records of prospect engagement.
- Follow-up & Nurturing – Engage with leads over time to build relationships and increase conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple outreach channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
