- Automate daily tasks and processes for report generation.
- Discover unknowns for the bank (e.g., regulatory insights, operational risks).
- Proactively improve system resiliency and performance.
- Monitor server performance, memory, CPU, file systems, databases, batch jobs, and real-time streams.
- Maintain operational documentation (incident tracking, run books).
- Document issues in the customer support portal and provide KT to the team.
- Support client testing, tuning, upgrades, patch deployments, and change deployments.
- Coordinate between client and Actimize support teams.
- Provide on-call and off-hour support on a rotational basis.
Have you got what it takes?
- 8 to 12 years of experience in software development.
- Strong database development experience (Oracle / MSSQL / PL SQL) and DB tuning.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- OS-level knowledge (Windows / Linux).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify root causes of performance issues and bottlenecks.
- Good written and verbal communication.
Bonus Points:
