Location & Remote Work
Our technology team works on the “remote-first” model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar’s offices in São Paulo and Campinas or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

Lead and coordinate a squad within the People domain, ensuring high-performance delivery and a collaborative work environment.
Provide mentorship, career development support, and regular feedback to team members.
Facilitate agile rituals, remove impediments, and ensure adoption of best engineering practices such as CI/CD, code quality, and security.
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and conflicts.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Define and track productivity metrics to drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical reference for third-party platforms used in People and Payroll teams.
- Analyze technical documentation to ensure system configurations align with business needs.
- Provide Level 1 technical support for People Management systems, diagnosing and escalating issues as needed.
- Perform database queries (SQL) for troubleshooting and reporting.
- Execute API calls (REST, SOAP) for integration testing and system analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for external vendors.
- Oversee issue resolution with third-party providers, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Develop technical specifications for system integrations and communication protocols.
- Create and execute test scripts to validate functionalities and system stability.
- Identify automation opportunities to optimize workflows and reduce errors.
- Perform database updates for business requests and system adjustments.
- Ensure principles of resilience, scalability, and observability are applied in solutions.
