Location & Remote Work (adjust according to the needs of your job)
Our technology team works on the “remote-first” model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar’s offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Area:
You will be part of the Business Development team, focused on exploring and developing new growth avenues within the agents universe for both rent and sales businesses. Our mission is to structure, prototype, and prove value for emerging business models and channels before defining go-to-market strategies and scaling initiatives. We operate with a test-and-learn approach, identifying promising opportunities, validating them through pilots, and building the analytical backbone needed to support strategic decisions
- Previous experience as a business/performance analyst (mandatory);
- Advanced knowledge in Google Sheets and SQL (mandatory);
- Python knowledge is a plus;
- Advanced English (mandatory);
- Analytical capability to work with unstructured and fragmented data across multiple systems (mandatory);
- Growth knowledge (plus);
- Experience and interest in learning AI-powered prototyping techniques (desirable);
- Analytical and hands-on profile;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Experience with data integration and cross-platform analytics (desirable);
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments with emerging business models (plus)
Responsabilities
- Lead the establishment of metrics and baselines for new business model pilots;
- Conduct strategic multidisciplinary projects focused on data structuring and analytics for emerging channels, being responsible not only for project conception but also for implementing tests, analyzing results, and executing rollouts;
- Work with data structuring across fragmented systems and, from these insights, provide optimization recommendations for operations and projects;
- Build result dashboards for strategic initiatives, focused on providing tactical insights for leadership and field teams, ensuring analytical independence across areas;
- Integrate multiple organizational data frameworks to create cohesive measurement approaches for new business models;
- Develop new measurement logics and KPIs for business models that don’t fit traditional analytics frameworks;
- Promote collaboration between teams directly related to proposed deliverables;
- Identify potential problems and plan corrective and preventive actions to minimize risks;
- Propose improvements and initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability of projects, driving organizational performance in new channel development.
