We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key role in leading the Inbound Talent Acquisition team, which is focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our functions, partnering closely with technical leaders to understand their strategic objectives and ensure we hire individuals who will drive growth, innovation, and success at Sword Health. You will also be involved in and supporting Compensation and Benefits initiatives, as well as developing training programs for hiring managers. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team which is focused on inbound applications, with a strong focus on supporting the team members in their growth and development within Sword Health;
- Build strong relationships with Technical leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and drive proactive talent strategies;
- Design, build and deploy training content for Hiring Managers to ensure their adoption, understanding and contribution to the continuously improving candidate experience;
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth recruitment process;
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and approaches;
- Ensure the ATS (Lever) is up to date and current, allowing for accurate reporting and data integrity;
- Contribute to the development and deployment of initiatives related to Compensation and Benefits (from salary benchmarking to market monitoring on benefits).
What you need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a strong focus on inbound candidates;
- At least 1+ years leading a team in Talent Acquisition, with a proven record of supporting and promoting the growth of the team members;
- Experience and knowledge in other areas of HR beyond recruitment (Learning or Comp & Ben are preferred);
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers, with strong consultative and influencing skills;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies, assess pipeline health, and make informed decisions;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent Sword Health’s mission and values to candidates;
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever) or other recruiting software.
