The Role:

We’re looking for a strong, versatile Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale our technical and business teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from finding new and creative ways to attract talent, positioning Medely as an attractive employer, walking candidates through our interview process, and negotiating offers. Your focus will always be on creating the best possible candidate experience as well as finding the best quality talent. This role sits at the intersection of Product & Engineering, G&A and Go-to-market teams, requiring a strong understanding of diverse roles and the ability to tailor recruiting strategies for each.

The Impact You’ll Have:

  • Conduct position briefings with stakeholders and hiring managers across both technical business roles and translate them into appealing and precise job postings

  • Assess job posting performance and manage job campaigns from ad placement, evaluation, and analysis

  • Review incoming applications and actively source passive candidates

  • Conduct initial screening calls to gather all relevant information, then evaluate and qualify potential candidates for the next steps in the recruitment process

  • Maintain KPIs while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement across departmental processes and standards

Who You Are:

  • At least 3+ years of previous recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS startup environment

  • Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of hiring timeline, pass-through rates, and offer acceptance rate

  • Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and closing candidates

  • High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment

  • Ability to balance competing priorities while keeping constant sight of overall objectives
