As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical), you will be at the forefront of building Fullscript’s future. This is more than a recruiting role—it’s a strategic position where your creativity, vision, and execution will directly impact our growth trajectory. You’ll drive hiring for critical roles across functions such as (but not limited to) Engineering, Product Management and Data, build scalable recruitment processes, and mentor junior team members to elevate our talent practice.

We are seeking a talent sniper—someone who can zero in on the right candidates, bring them into the fold while crafting an exceptional candidate experience and partnering strategically with business leaders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source & Engage Exceptional Talent: Partner with hiring managers to identify, engage, and close top talent for high-impact roles.
  • Strategize for Scale: Develop and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies to support Fullscript’s rapid growth.
  • Deliver Excellence: Own the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Drive Employer Brand: Act as a Fullscript ambassador, elevating our presence in the market and ensuring we’re recognized as a top destination for talent.
  • Leverage Data: Use talent market insights and metrics to inform decisions, optimize recruitment strategies, and deliver measurable impact.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, including end-to-end technical and non-technical hiring for a variety of levels/disciplines.

  • Proven success in sourcing and engaging candidates for niche and high-demand roles.

  • Experience recruiting in both startup and scaling environments, with an understanding of how to build for growth.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and execute with precision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

  • Bias for action and a drive to improve/elevate existing ways of working

  • Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Experience building recruitment processes that scale within high-growth organizations.

  • Deep knowledge of the talent landscape across Product, Engineering, Data and related functions.
