Talent Acquisition Specialist – Help Build What’s Next

Location: Gibraltar / Isle of Man / Malta/Europe remote

What You’ll Be Doing

A Trusted Partner to the Business

You’ll work closely with hiring managers across our commercial teams to deeply understand what they need—and more importantly, who they need. You’ll help shape hiring strategies that balance the urgent with the long-term, adapting as the business grows and priorities shift.

Championing a Human, Memorable Candidate Experience

We want every candidate to feel like they matter—because they do. You’ll ensure every touchpoint is thoughtful and professional, from first outreach to signed offer. You’ll bring empathy, clarity, and care into every interaction, even when things are moving fast.

Proactive Talent Sourcing

You’ll be a network builder, not just a vacancy filler. That means staying ahead of hiring needs and consistently building pipelines of talented individuals, especially mid-level specialists across marketing, BI, legal, HR, product, and related functions. You’ll tap into communities, events, social platforms, and your own network to uncover great people.

Using Data to Sharpen the Process

You’ll track what’s working and what’s not, using metrics like time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness to constantly improve. You’ll share insights with hiring managers to help them make smarter, faster hiring decisions.

Collaborating Across Borders

You’ll be part of a global People team, sharing ideas, tools, and best practices with colleagues in other locations. Standardization is a goal, but agility is key—you’ll balance both as we grow together.

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid Recruitment Experience across mid-level commercial roles, especially in fast-moving industries like tech, iGaming, or digital business.

  • A knack for building strong relationships with hiring managers and guiding them through the recruitment journey.

  • Confidence sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn, events, and creative search strategies.

  • A thoughtful, human approach to candidate experience, not just getting the job done, but doing it with care.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work effectively in an evolving, high-growth business where not everything is figured out yet.

  • An understanding of how to use data and KPIs to improve outcomes and drive better conversations.
