Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (India - Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on hiring candidates within India. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to find the ideal fit for our vacancies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting and advancing qualified candidates to the subsequent stages of their application, including the evaluation of assessment examination results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing and Screening: Conduct daily in-depth assessments and screenings of all applicants, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline for positions within India.

Interviewing Excellence: Implement and apply various interviewing techniques and methods to thoroughly evaluate candidates during in-depth interviews.

Initial Candidate Engagement: Perform initial screening interviews, identifying potential fits for further evaluation.

Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with Hiring Managers to recommend candidates, partnering with relevant stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and negotiate with candidates effectively.

Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and concise records and reports on all recruitment phases, utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools, ensuring compliance with local Indian regulations and hiring practices.

Performance Metrics: Achieve target Ops Validation endorsements, maintaining high standards and expectations throughout the screening process.

Process Calibration: Regularly calibrate screening and selection processes with Hiring Managers to align with specific account requirements and organizational goals.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to assessment administration and final decision-making.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of the Indian job market and hiring practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough candidate evaluations.

• Proficiency in using ATS specifically Breezy HR, and Job Boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and the like.

• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in India.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job details:

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension

Compensation: Given the full-time support required, the projected monthly income ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, adhering to a night shift to align with US Time Zones (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST).

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Internet Requirements: A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps is required, with a LAN connection recommended for optimal performance.
