Howly is a Ukrainian startup within the ecosystem of the multi-product company and venture builder SKELAR. We aim to revolutionize the online consulting industry and are working to make it possible. We seek Сustomer Support Expert, who will communicate with our customers via phone calls, assisting them with any technical-related issues.
Responsibilities:
—Assist customers via phone calls when it comes to technical matters in English;
— Assist customers with different requests such as “I forgot my Gmail password, how do I reset it?”, “Help reinstall Windows”, “Cannot connect to the printer :(”;
— Follow all the necessary guides to provide quality service;
— Work in Ringover and our own CRM software. Knowing CRM and IP telephony services will be a plus;
— Monitor the new requests with the same priorities during the shift.
Requirements:
— English spoken and written: an Advanced (C1) level.
Will be a plus:
— 6 months+ of experience working in a customer support or billing support department;
— Experience dealing with chargebacks;
— Have a good understanding of popular software, online services, and different operating systems.
For better onboarding and comfortable operation, the minimum system requirements are as follows:
—Internet speed of 25 Mbps or greater;
— Download speed of 1 Mbps or greater;
— Upload speed of 6 Mbps or greater;
— At least 5 GB of RAM;
— Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core;
— Microphone and headphones.
