We are a venture builder, founded in 2014, that creates and operates startups focused on technology, data, and analytics. We build international product IT businesses in areas like EdTech, marketplaces, fashion, and pet care. Our portfolio includes a dozen businesses, with eight products serving millions of users globally. We have seen 50-60% annual growth and continue to expand.

Our approach focuses on large markets, ambitious goals, strong teams, and using modern technologies, analytics, and rapid scaling. Some of our ventures include AlphaNovel (a publishing platform), Trible (for knowledge creators), DoggyPlan (for dog owners), Relatio (relationship advice), and TENTENS Tech (social discovery). Our products have been recognized by Product Hunt and featured in publications such as Wired and The Washington Post.

We have a team of over 1300 professionals. We aim to build businesses alongside top talents in the market, seeing our people as a valuable asset.

Our leadership plans to build ten Ukrainian product companies within five years, aiming for more than five businesses each valued at over $1 billion. We and our employees also engage in philanthropic initiatives. This includes a charitable foundation that supports projects for rebuilding Ukraine and overcoming war consequences, such as systematic blood donations, support for paramedics, educational programs in military leadership and tactical medicine, restoration of medical facilities, and psychological rehabilitation for children.

We offer employees medical insurance, a corporate doctor, and massage services. We also have an on-site gym and climbing wall.

Employees receive Apple technology and pro-access to AI tools and other platforms to help with their work. We support active learning through internal training, including topics like AI, and participation in international conferences from organizations such as Google.
