Job Description
As a Telephony Administrator, you are part of the Sales Ops team of our Operation Excellence Domain. Your goal is to help our Sales team to perform at their full potencial with the best telephony processes and practicies. To do so, you are working with many differents stakeholders such as our Helpdesk team, Sales and Sales Ops teams and CRM teams.
We are looking for someone capable of :
- Managing phone numbers by assigning and updating them (phone or desk);
- Setting up and maintaining call queues, IVR flows and routing logic;
- Defining availability schedules and voicemail handling;
- Setting up voice path and deterrent message (i.e scenarios and campaigns);
- User management (i.e. roles and rights);
- Setting up sound files for CTI;
- Wrap-up codes management.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with :
- A previous experience in Telephony Administration or Telephony management in a Sales centric business;
- A strong enough proficiency in English (French and/or German is a real plus);
- An IT profile capable to understand processes and issues and translate them into telephony setup;
- A good understanding of business strategy and end-to-end process.
