Your Impact

As the EMEA Training Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of EMEAs` international training mission, administrative support, coordination of the translation of all applicable learning materials, supporting Instructor and Master Instructor Courses, and providing support to the Axon training network and Contractor population. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Training Manager and Deputy Director on operational tasks, supporting the team as it expands its scope and capabilities.This position is vital for ensuring the success of EMEA`s training mission and enhancing our training resources for operators.

What You’ll Do

Location: Remotely from Spain supporting all of EMEA

Reports to: Deputy Director of International Training Operations

Direct Reports: none

  • Operational Support: Support, Lead, *co-ordinate and mentor a team of training professionals/ Pod leads across the EMEA region ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Training Delivery: Delivering translated Axon Training curriculum, materials and associated training to the EMEA Region.
  • Market Strategy: Development: supports market development and strategic and operational initiatives across EMEA in support of strategic sales and scaling targets.
  • Collaboration: Works with and enables EMEA Sales team in order to facilitate the adoption and rapid deployment of Axon products across the market region.
  • Strategic Planning: Constant synchronization of assets with US-based Training Team, European Training Team, Global Marketing Team, Sales Team, Distributors and Customers in order to execute a joint effort to advance team’s interest in the region
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks through effective governance and controls.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Performance Metrics: Support and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate departmental performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs analysis and support for Customers internally and externally.
  • Quality Assurance: support delivery ofa transparent and constructive evaluation process identifiying areas of continuous learning and development and assessing experienced independent contractor instructors and new contracting instructors.
  • Special Projects: Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative Support / Training roles, preferably within the Law Enforcement/ Military or technology industry.
  • Travel requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% required
  • Leadership Skills: Proven team player and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Global Perspective: Experience managing administrative operations in a global or multi-national organization.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft office suite, slack, Carbon Voice, Voxer, Sharepoint and Smartsheets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
