Training Specialist

Our Central Services team in Manila are currently looking for a Training Specialist to join the team.
As a Training Specialist, you will drive operational excellence and empower team members to succeed by delivering high-quality, comprehensive training programs. This role is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and process consistency, ensuring that employees are well-equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver seamless, efficient service. Through proactive collaboration, innovative training solutions, and a commitment to service standards, the Training Specialist plays a vital role in enabling a knowledgeable, cohesive, and resilient workforce.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with global L&D to design and implement structured training programs on core operational processes and tools to enhance team performance.
- Create, maintain, and update operational manuals and job aids to ensure accessible and accurate reference materials.
- Manage and execute a comprehensive operational onboarding program that equips new hires with essential operational knowledge and skills.
- Facilitate training sessions on key operational tools and systems, ensuring team members are proficient and confident in their use.
- Conduct training evaluations to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the operations team.
- Prepare reports on program effectiveness, knowledge retention, and training outcomes.
- Manage training schedule and logistics as required.
What you will bring to the role:
- A minimum of 3 years work experience encompassing the end-to-end training process.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for training and knowledge sharing.
- High energy and enthusiasm.
We primarily operate in a remote environment; however, we appreciate a flexible approach with regards to travel to Metro Manila if required on occasion. Any changes to our remote work arrangement will be communicated with ample notice.
