About the role
We have a newly created position for a Vice President of Healthcare Provider (HCP) Outreach (AI and Undiagnosed Patients). Reporting into the CCO, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing partnerships with pharma companies outside of the US; focusing on using Ada’s clinical AI to help them engage with HCPs to identify misdiagnosed or underrecognized patients in their geography.
We are open to applications from those seeking remote working opportunities in either the UK or Germany (strong preference for candidates in either Berlin or London as this is where our offices are located).
What you’ll do
- Improve revenue-generating HCP engagement tactics for pharma companies outside of the US using Ada’s user-submitted real world data.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in the pharma industry.
- Represent Ada at industry conferences, building awareness of Ada’s AI-powered platform to achieve ubiquitous adoption within the pharma industry.

We are looking for:
- Proven track record: Experience selling sales-enablement programs, HCP intelligence data products or sales training services to pharma companies.
- Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the pharma landscape outside of the US and the challenges faced in HCP engagement.
- Communication & relationship building: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives.
- Sales acumen: Strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills. Experience ideally from within a major pharma sales training provider that works directly with pharma sales teams in Europe.
- Team player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively while demonstrating ownership as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Low Ego: Proficient in rolling up sleeves with a belief that no job is too big or too small.
