About Ultima Genomics
Founded in 2016, we focus on DNA sequencing. We develop the UG 100™ platform, now called UG 100 Solaris™, which delivers high-throughput, cost-effective omics solutions. We apply this technology to whole genome, single-cell, RNA, and proteomics research. The UG 100 Solaris™ provides 10-12 billion reads per wafer, over 30,000 genomes per year, and costs $0.24/million reads or $80/genome. It works with a range of third-party library prep and analysis workflows, and supports 30x WGS with 2ng input of cfDNA using ppmSeq™.
We offer access to our technology through Certified Service Providers, a Technology Access Program using our in-house applications lab, and direct lab integration. The platform also includes Solaris library prep workflows, pre-configured secondary analysis pipelines, and a dedicated high-performance server for bioinformatics. We have raised over $600 million in funding.
