DELFI Diagnostics

We were founded in 2019 and have 51-200 employees. We use AI, machine learning, and whole genome sequencing to find cancer. Our liquid biopsy blood tests detect unique patterns of DNA fragmentation in patients’ blood. The DELFI method analyzes fragments of cell-free DNA using machine learning and next-generation sequencing to find early-stage cancer. We scan more data points than existing methods, which depend on finding known cancer-associated mutations, allowing us to detect previously unrecognized cancer-associated DNA fragments. Our goal is to detect cancer when it’s asymptomatic and potentially easier to cure, making screening widely available and affordable.
