Salary: P400 - P600 per hour / 3 hrs per week
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Tech-Savviness – proficiency in Google Workspace and AirTable
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication – to handle client correspondence, emails, and marketing content in a polished and professional tone.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills – essential for managing the owner’s calendar, digital files, and administrative tasks efficiently within a limited number of hours.
- Attention to Detail – for managing product listings, newsletters, website content, and social media updates accurately.
- Discretion and Professionalism – handling confidential client information and representing the brand’s luxury image with care.
Nice to have:
- Background or Interest in Fine Jewelry or Luxury Retail – helpful for understanding the brand’s tone, clientele, and product offerings.
- Experience with Social Media and Content Design Tools – such as Canva, to support the brand’s marketing and visual content needs.
What will you do?
- Manage Email and Client Communications – Handle inbox management, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional client correspondence.
- Maintain and Coordinate the Owner’s Calendar – Schedule client meetings, appraisal sessions, and internal check-ins to ensure efficient time management.
- Update and Maintain Website Content – Keep product listings, service pages, and other website content current (primarily on Squarespace).
- Organize Digital Files and Perform Light Bookkeeping – Ensure documents are properly filed and assist with simple data entry or financial tracking tasks.
