We are currently looking for Virtual Assistants (VAs) to work directly with our U.S. clients. This is an independent contractor role, giving you stability, and offering full-time, long-term work opportunities. Clients will provide paid training, including U.S. Healthcare 101!

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting U.S. doctors and medical staff remotely, including being on webcam interactions with patients and staff as needed
- Be prepared to be on webcam ~60% of your shift
Managing appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups
Responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Accurately documenting patient information
Collaborating with U.S. healthcare teams to ensure high-quality service
✅ What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in BPO, customer services or as a Virtual Assistant
1–2 years of healthcare experience (Nurses a plus!)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong soft skills – empathy, patience, professionalism
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Comfortable being on camera during client interactions
Willing to complete a 60-minute online assessment
Must have:
A Windows computer is required for this role. Mac, tablet, or mobile devices are not supported.
A back-up generator/power system
High-speed internet connection
A quiet, dedicated home office setup
A plus if you have:
Nursing experience
Experience with U.S. healthcare clients
Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems
Background in appointment setting, admin tasks, or patient support
