We are looking for a Visual/Graphic Designer to drive all of our visual communication. We are a fast-growing company with a unique and vibrant brand. We’re looking for a talented visual designer who can understand our essence and aesthetic and take it forward into all of our communication, online or otherwise. You need to be creative, excel at your craft, and basically be an ideas person β€” someone capable of seeing a creative or a campaign through all the way from conceptualisation to completion. Occasionally, you will have the opportunity to work on visual design and art direction for client projects as well.

you’ll be responsible forβ€”

  • Maintaining and communicating a consistent brand online. You need to understand who we are and ensure that everything we put out aligns with our identity.
  • Taking a creative brief, brainstorming for ideas, and coming up with detailed concepts to present to the team.
  • Coming up with visually engaging, conceptually sound, on-brand visuals to post on our social media accounts and blogs.
  • Creating intelligent, engaging visuals and illustrations for our websites.
  • Designing in-house communication and merchandise.
  • Applying these skills to client projects when required.

you need β€”

  • A strong portfolio of your visual design work.
  • Excellent graphic design, layout, and typography skills.
  • Strong illustration skills with the ability to adapt and create various styles.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Bonus points if you’re skilled with Procreate.
  • Intermediate motion design skills and some familiarity with After Effects.
  • An innate understanding of internet trends and pop culture.
  • A quick, curious, creative mind, Ideation and conceptualisation is an important part of this job!
