Williamsburg Learning (WL) is an educational services provider that provides curriculum, mentors, and courses for Williamsburg Academy Private School, Williamsburg Academy of Colorado, Leadership Academy of Utah, and other partner schools. Our mission is to prepare promising students for meaningful lives as principled leaders.
Our core values guide everything we do. If these resonate with you—and the role feels like a natural fit—we’d love to hear from you!
Growth: We seek to never stop growing—personally and professionally.
Right Action: We strive to do the right thing for colleagues and customers at all times.
Culture of Belonging: We’re real and authentic, and we try to create a safe space for ourselves and others.
About the Position
As the Web & Marketing Content Designer, you’ll help shape the digital face of our schools. Through polished websites, compelling visuals, and branded content, you’ll help create great online experiences for prospective and current families in our program.
In this role, you’ll work alongside a creative, high-performing marketing team that loves great design, obsesses over details, and shares stories that resonate with a wide range of audiences. If you’re looking for a role where your skills matter and your creativity sparks change, this just might be it!
Your core focus in this role will be designing and building user-friendly websites and branded digital content that support our marketing goals and reflect our brand voice and values. Specifically, you’ll:
• Design and build modern, responsive websites within HubSpot and WordPress—no complex coding required
• Create on-brand layouts, graphics, and digital assets for web and marketing campaigns using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Craft or refine clear, compelling copy that aligns with our brand, engages users, and supports conversions
• Ensure visual and brand consistency across fonts, colors, layouts, and media assets
• Apply SEO and accessibility best practices to content and visuals (e.g., alt text, meta tags, proper headings, optimized images)
• Maintain and update CMS content, themes, and plugins to keep sites fast, secure, and functional
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot site issues like broken links, slow load times, and content errors
Additionally, you may have the opportunity to serve as a Substitute or Guide for our in-person student Adventures program on Fridays during the school year.
Note: Applications must include a cover letter explaining why you + this role = a match made in heaven. Bonus points if you throw in a portfolio—we love visuals!
