We founded 11Sigma in 2018 to provide remote software development teams for tech companies. We focus on providing TypeScript and JavaScript engineers to early-stage startups to help them extend their teams. We supply full-stack, back-end, or front-end developers, as well as vetted leaders, managers, and Software Developers in Test who use modern techniques and frameworks.

Our process starts with a consultation, then we handle the hiring, presenting candidate profiles within 2-3 weeks. We also support continuous growth and organize team immersion events.

Our key technologies include API, Documentation, OpenAPI, Stoplight, TypeScript, NodeJS, Remote Teams, JavaScript, Web App Development, React, Angular, NextJS, Jest, TestRail, Electron, Cypress, GraphQL, JSONSchema, CircleCI, Docker, and PostgreSQL. We operate without a physical office, though our main locations are Gdańsk and Poznań, Poland.

We’re a remote community of startup-minded software engineers. We aim to provide motivated engineers to early-stage startups. A core value is offering engineers who integrate seamlessly into client teams; they don’t switch between customers.

We are remote-first, with team members distributed globally. This helps us foster a culture and practices that maintain connection. We believe effective work doesn’t require a physical office.

We’re a remote-first, distributed team of 11-50 individuals. Our team includes software engineers, senior software engineers, a lead software engineer, CTO, CEO, and people operations personnel. Our team members include Jakub Jankowski, Domagoj Kriskovic, Karol Maciaszek, Krzysztof Miąskowski, Michał Miąskowski, Michał Miszczyszyn, Łukasz Kużyński, Michał Gaj, and Mateusz Kosson.
