About the Role:
The Chief of Staff role is a high-impact position responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring consistent execution across teams. This role serves as the right hand to the founders, managing cadence, priorities, and organizational alignment to enable smooth, outcome-driven progress. The position involves turning ideas and discussions into structured action plans, tracking their completion, and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is decisive, organized, and capable of combining empathy with accountability to help the company scale efficiently. The role also involves working closely with senior leadership, optimizing processes, and leveraging AI tools to streamline communication and reporting.
How a typical day would look: A day in flow (the feel, not a script)
You start your day with a two-minute brief—what moved, two decisions, one risk.
During calls: convert talk → owner / date / next step before the meeting ends.
By mid-day: Jira updated, Confluence decision note live, polite nudge sent, a 10-line founders’ daily posted. Quiet momentum, zero drama.
5 to 10 years of experience in operations, business management, program delivery, or a similar role supporting executive leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise executive summaries and action plans.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives with precision.
Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and AI-based productivity applications.
Adept at stakeholder management, decision tracking, and risk mitigation.
Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
Comfortable working remotely and aligning with global time zones, including US Pacific hours.
